
Three beer Thursday brings us a heady battle of the suds.
The marketing dollars flow like wine for these three brands, attempting to get us to taste their frothy goodness. But we're above all that, right?
Of course we are. We're only about the ice cold reality of web searching. And what we find is Bud is truly the undisputed king. There are moments where Miller makes a decent showing, but overall it's not as close as I thought it would be. Especially surprising is Coors getting roundly stomped.
I'm guessing this equates to market share too, but that's for another time, another blog.

What I want to know is why Bud Light has such huge spikes just after the first of every year. Do they have some kind of a competition around that time? I know they have the Bud Girls--perhaps something to do with that? Seems like a weird time of year for a spike.
That is interesting. Maybe hair of the dog from New Year's?? People giving up on New Year's resolutions in a big way? People search for Bud Light after the shelves being cleared out for New Year's? It is very interesting. - Bob
